to get a guild emblen/cape you need to pay in gold and somthing else what is that other thing?

you need to pay the initial fee to start a guild first, then you pay the 2plat to make a guild cape.

I forget the fees, but here's the steps in a Guild you can take. Wish there was more to add on the guild hall itself, but maybe we'll see that in future updates.

Form Guild - x amount of gold
Guild Cape - 2000 gold
Guild Hall - Celestial Sigil (Won in the Hall of Heroes or bought from Sigil Vendor/Player)

the other thing you mentioned is "platinum bars". 1 platinum = 1000g. You need 2 of these, so 2000g in total.

reminds me of another player who insisted he needed "materials" to create a cape
